Use of the app
Agamoni is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use to help you navigate Durga Pujo in Kolkata. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt it, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
Community content
Pandal information, themes, timings, routes and locations are largely community-sourced and compiled by volunteers. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong — always verify on the ground. Submissions you make must be accurate and lawful, and you grant Zynapte Technologies Pvt Ltd a licence to display and distribute approved submissions within the app.
Groups and live location
Live location sharing is opt-in per group and can be turned off at any time. Only share your location with people you trust.
No warranty
The app and its data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Navigation, timings and crowd information are guidance only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zynapte Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or reliance on its data.
Termination
We may suspend or end access for misuse. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
