Delete your Agamoni account
This page explains how to delete your Zynapte Technologies Pvt Ltd / Agamoni account and what data is removed. Agamoni works without an account, so most people never create one; if you signed in with your phone number, you have an account.
Delete from the app (fastest)
Open Agamoni → Settings → tap your phone number at the top → Delete account → confirm. Your account and server-side data are removed immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the email you can prove owns the number, with the subject "Delete my Agamoni account" and your registered phone number in the body. We may ask you to confirm a code sent over WhatsApp to that number. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, display name, phone number, locale), your group memberships, any live location you shared, and the link between you and pandal submissions or issue reports you made.
What is kept
Approved community content (pandal themes, photos, corrections) stays in the app but is no longer associated with you. Aggregated, non-identifying logs needed for security and abuse prevention may be retained for up to 90 days. Offline favourites live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall.
